Glucose Based Frosting

Ingredients:
3 Lbs Confectioners Sugar
1 Cup of Egg whites
1 Tabelspoon of Unflavored Gelatin
1/4 Cup of Glucose
1 Teaspoon of Almond Extract
Directions:
1. Mix 2.5 lbs of sugar with the rest of the ingredients first for approximatly 15-20 mintues on low speed.
2. Slowly add the remaining 0.5lbs of sugar until you get the desired consistency.
