Professional Pan Grease

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Shortening

1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients and store in an air tight container. It does not need to be refrigerated and can be kept for up to 3 months. When you use the grease, make sure to use it with clean utencils to avoid contamination.

Tip: Use a silicone pastry brush for easy clean up. Cover the pan completely to ensure that the cake releases from the pan nicely.
