Dessert Syrup (Flavored Simple Syrup)

Storage: Keep refridgerated up to 2 months

Vanilla Syrup

7 Oz Water

6 Oz Sugar

1 Vanilla Bean, split

Tip: If a vanilla bean is not available, then use the "Simple Syrup" recipe and just add vanilla extract.

1.Place all ingredients into a saucepan and heat gently until the sugar is dissolved.

2.Remove from heat and allow the vanilla bean to infuse the syrup for atleast 30 minutes prior to straining.

Coffee Rum Syrup

2.5 Oz Water

2.5 Oz Sugar

0.16 Oz Ground Coffee

3.5 Oz Rum

Coffe Syrup

2.5 Oz Water

2.5 Oz Sugar

0.16 Oz Ground Coffee

1.67 Oz Coffee Liqueur

Rum Syrup

3 Oz Water

2.5 Oz Sugar

0.5 Oz Dark Rum

1. Boil the sugar and the water until the sugar is disssolved.

2. Remove from the heat and add the coffee, Let stand for 10 minutes.

3. Add the rum.

4. Strain through a coffee filter.

Cocoa Vanilla Syrup

4 Oz Water

4 Oz Sugar

1 Vanilla Bean, spit

1 Oz Cocoa Powder

Tip: If a vanilla bean is not available, then add 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract just prior to straining.

1. Bring the water, sugar, and vanilla bean to a boil untol the sugar is dissolved.

2. Remove from the heat and add the cocoa powder a little at a time, while whipping constantly.

3. Strain through a fine strainer, or cheese cloth.
